You can prepare for February Bible study by reading the book of Revelation.
January 2022 Reveal and Revelation
“Reveal” Sermon Series
This January we will begin a preaching series called “Reveal,” reflecting on three biblical stories and what these stories REVEAL about Jesus and about us.
On January 2, we will hear the story of the magi visiting Jesus. What do their three gifts reveal about Christ and about us?
On January 9, we will celebrate the Baptism of our Lord in the Jordan. What does this story reveal about God and about us?
And on January 16, we will witness the miracle of water turned to wine. What does a wedding bash reveal to us about Jesus and our call as his disciples?
Book of Revelation
Our synod is focusing on the book of Revelation this year. I’m planning on a few ways to engage this mysterious book of the Bible in creative ways. There will probably be some Bible study opportunities and maybe even a sermon series (or two). What do you think?
